The pine and the wind.
It was autumn. It was very windy.
The wind blew, blew and blew.
The wind blew harder and harder .
The wind saw an oak tree.
The wind blew.
The wind blew, blew and blew.
It blew off big brown leaves from the oak tree.
The wind saw a maple tree.
The wind blew.
The wind blew, blew and blew.
It blew off big red and yellow leaves from the maple tree.
The wind saw a birch tree.
The wind blew.
The wind blew, blew and blew.
It blew off nice little yellow leaves from the birch tree.
The wind saw a rowan tree.
The wind blew.
The wind blew, blew and blew.
It blew off green and yellow leaves from the rowan tree.
The wind saw a pine tree and started blowing.
The wind blew, blew and blew.
But the pine tree was strong.
The pine was stronger than the wind.
It didn’t drop a single needle.
It was as green as it was in the summer.
